10-4 Logistics USA is hiring CDL-A regional drivers based in Clifton, New Jersey, for its Northeast fleet. This position offers consistent weekly home time, mileage-based pay, and a $4,000 sign-on bonus. Drivers typically transport regional freight from northern North Carolina through Maine and as far west as eastern Ohio, with home time on Saturdays and Sundays.

  • $4,000 sign-on bonus
  • $0.80–$0.85 per mile
  • Home every Saturday and Sunday for a 34-hour reset
  • Average of 1,500 miles per week, depending on available hours and freight
  • Average length of haul of approximately 400 miles
  • Performance bonus of up to 3 cents per mile based on safety, mileage, and productivity
  • Additional stop pay, detention pay, and Long Island delivery pay
  • 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia or Kenworth tractors
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) match, and paid time off

Top regional drivers on this fleet earn up to $1,850 per week. Additional compensation includes $20 for the first stop, $35 for the second stop, $50 for the third stop and each additional stop, $65 for Long Island deliveries, and $12.50 per hour in detention pay after two hours.

Drivers transport a mix of live loads and preloaded trailers throughout the Northeast regional network. The operating area generally extends from Virginia to Maine, with typical freight moving from northern North Carolina through Maine and as far west as eastern Ohio. Occasional routes outside the primary operating area may be assigned to help maximize miles while maintaining weekly reset time.

Drivers who choose to remain on the road instead of returning home for their reset may be able to run additional weekend freight for extra miles and pay. Willingness to drive in New York City is preferred but not required.

  • Valid Class A CDL
  • At least three months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience
