10-4 Logistics USA is hiring CDL-A Regional Drivers based in Auburn, Massachusetts, for a Northeast fleet offering consistent weekly home time, mileage-based pay, and a $4,000 sign-on bonus. Drivers typically operate regional freight from Northern North Carolina through Maine and as far west as Eastern Ohio, with home time on Saturdays and Sundays.

What this lane offers:

• $4,000 sign-on bonus
• $0.80–$0.85 per mile
• Home Saturday and Sunday for a 34-hour reset
• Average of 1,500 miles per week, depending on hours and freight availability
• Average length of haul of approximately 400 miles
• Up to a 3-cent-per-mile performance bonus based on safety, mileage, and productivity
• Additional stop pay, detention pay, and Long Island delivery pay
• 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia or Kenworth tractors

Occasional routes outside the primary service area may be assigned to help maximize miles while maintaining weekly reset time.

Drivers who choose to remain on the road instead of returning to Auburn for their weekly reset may be able to run additional weekend freight for extra miles and pay. Willingness to drive in New York City is preferred but not required.
