Regional CDL-A Driver – Reefer | $7,500 Sign-On Bonus

Looking for a regional CDL-A driving job with consistent miles, weekly home time, and excellent pay? Join our team and earn an average of $1,703 per week ($88,000–$90,000 annually) hauling refrigerated grocery freight throughout Indiana, Illinois, and Ohio.

You'll enjoy weekly home time, newer automatic equipment, paid orientation, and a structured sign-on bonus worth up to $7,500.

Pay & Compensation

• Average $1,703 per week
• Average $88,000–$90,000 annually
• $0.90 CPM
• $35 load pay
• $20 per stop
• $20/hour detention pay after 2 hours
• Weekly direct deposit every Friday
• $0.05 CPM raise after 1 year
• $500 paid orientation

$7,500 Sign-On Bonus

Paid as follows:

• $1,000 after 2 weeks
• $1,000 after 60 days
• $1,250 after 6 months
• $1,750 after 9 months
• $2,500 after 12 months

Must maintain 98% on-time performance with no attendance issues, claims, accidents, or incidents.

Home Time

• Home every week for a 34-hour reset
• Weekend home time is not guaranteed

Freight Details

• Regional refrigerated grocery freight
• Running primarily in Indiana, Illinois, and Ohio
• Approximately 1,600 miles per week
• Driver unload using pallet jack with occasional hand unloads
• Dual and tri-temp reefer trailers
• Must be able to move trailer bulkheads

Equipment

• 2023 and newer Freightliners with some newer International trucks
• Automatic transmissions
• Sleepers
• Average tractor age of 3 years or newer
• APUs and inverters included
• Outward-facing cameras only
• Governed at 70 MPH
• Geotab ELD system

CDL-A Driver Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 6 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience within the past 3 years
• At least 21 years old
• No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years
• No more than 3 DOT-recordable accidents in the last 3 years
• No more than 10 jobs in the past 3 years
• Must not currently have a suspended license
• DUI/DWI, criminal history, and previous terminations reviewed case-by-case
• No Hazmat endorsement required
