Think of this one as a loop: you start at the Casa Grande distribution center, run a few long hauls, and finish back at the same yard. You'll cover Las Vegas, Northern Arizona, West New Mexico, El Paso, and the I-8 and I-10 corridors in Southern California, with a 34-hour reset at home every week.
Most drivers make about $1,268 a week, roughly $65,938 a year, and top earners reach $1,504 a week, or about $78,228 annually. Pay combines mileage bands, stop pay and detention pay, and you're paid weekly.
Expect 6 to 12 loads a week, with hauls of 550 to 700 miles. Deliveries are multi-stop live unloads, all 100% no-touch. Depending on the route, you may get home two or three times a week for a 10-hour break. Start times follow each customer's dock schedule.
You'll drive newer automatic trucks that stay parked at the distribution center, so you'll need your own car to get there.
Who we'd like to hear from:
• A valid Class A CDL
• At least 3 months of tractor-trailer experience in the past year
• Comfort with a urine and hair follicle drug test
There's nothing to gather before you apply. Background questions come later in the hiring process, like at most jobs.
You'll also get dental and vision coverage, paid time off, and a 401(k).
If this sounds like your kind of loop, send in your application and we'll be in touch.
