How you'll make an impact in this role
Strategic Leadership: Drive operational accuracy by directing financial, billing, and administrative workflows to maintain full regulatory compliance and fiscal health across the region.
Budget & Resources: Optimize revenue cycle performance by auditing billing practices and resolving complex account issues to maximize reimbursement and protect financial sustainability.
Metrics & Liaison: Partner with regional leadership to analyze financial trends, mitigate operational risks, and implement strategies that support long-term organizational growth.
People Management: Empower and lead business office teams through ongoing coaching, training, and support to ensure consistent service standards and high employee engagement.
