The Regional Business Development Manager sits within NWF Fuels' Field Sales function and is responsible for driving New Business development across an assigned geographical territory.
As one of the boots on the ground of NWF's New Business operation, you will be highly visible within your region, spending time across regional hubs, customer locations and the wider territory to identify, develop and convert profitable new business opportunities.
The role focuses primarily on larger, more complex Commercial opportunities where face to face engagement can deliver greater value and commercial success than a desk-based approach alone. This is not simply an appointment led field sales role; you will be expected to proactively create your own opportunities through prospecting, canvassing, networking and direct customer engagement, building strong local market presence and relationships.
Each Regional Business Development Manager is partnered with an Outbound Sales Executive, combining proactive desk-based prospecting with regional field expertise to create a highly effective acquisition model. Together, you will develop opportunities collaboratively, with clear accountability for securing profitable, multi-product new business growth across your territory.
