Position Summary ----------------

The Regional Business Consultant will coach business processes that improve profitability and brand experience. The role will be responsible for developing, executing, and holding the franchisee accountable for the goals of the business plan for the specific region. Essential duties include:

• Coaching the franchisees and their teams
• Leading and mentoring the franchises
• Inspiring and obtaining results through coaching of the franchisees
• Increasing value equity and profitability for the region
• Consulting and holding franchisees accountable for their goals
• Building relationships with franchisees
• Conflict resolution with franchisees
• Facilitating conferences and trainings for franchisees
• Contributing to network-wide initiatives
• Visiting franchisees within your region to review specific issues and goals. Target is four days biweekly of visits to franchisees

Required Education and Experience ---------------------------------

• Bachelors Degree in business or related field
• Experience leading teams, offices, and/or groups
• 8 plus years of experience in running a business or understanding the proficiency relating to running a business
• Experience with achieving results and exceeding goals

Preferred Education and Experience ---------------------------------

• MBA or CPA
• Experience within the franchise industry
• Experience in the restoration industry regarding water mitigation, mold remediation, lead, and asbestos abatement, contents cleaning, contents packing, structure cleaning, and reconstruction.

• Must be able to communicate and converse with franchisees over the phone and face-to-face
• Ability to safely operate a passenger vehicle

Work Environment ----------------

The employee will be working remotely in their home office and will be exposed to normal conditions of air conditioning and heat. Most work will be conducted over email, video conferencing, and telephone. Employees must have access to a stable internet connection when working out of the office. Employees must use the provided VPN technology to securely connect remotely.

Travel ------
