Job Summary
The Regional Associate Director for the Long Island Region is a key leadership role reporting to the Director of Operations. Serving as the primary point of contact for an assigned network of Care Management Agencies (CMAs), this position is responsible for fostering strong partnerships, supporting operational excellence, and ensuring compliance with Health Home program requirements. The Regional Associate Director works closely with CMA leadership, Skyward Health senior management, and internal teams to support network performance, enhance service delivery, and promote growth across the Long Island region.
This role provides guidance, operational oversight, and strategic support to all long Island CMAs while monitoring performance, satisfaction, quality outcomes, and regulatory compliance. The Regional Associate Director represents Skyward Health at regional and statewide forums, builds and maintains relationships with community stakeholders, promotes Health Home services, and supports network adequacy through referral development and CMA expansion efforts. This position also serves as an advocate for CMA partners and ensures that regional opportunities and challenges are communicated effectively to organizational leadership.
