Description

Entegra is hiring a Territory Support Account Manager. This role is responsible for implementing solutions that drive program adoption, ensure customer satisfaction, and grow revenue within small to mid-sized accounts.

This is a customer facing role that will require travel and in person meetings. Candidate must reside in Northern or Southern California. Travel is expected at 30-40%. Territory consist of California, Oregon, Utah, Nevada and Washington.

You will serve as a key connector between vendors, distribution partners, and internal teams, using data and insights to drive results while supporting business continuity and critical initiatives.

The role of an individual contributor within the organization focuses on completing specific tasks and projects; contributing directly through their skills and expertise. Performs specialized technical tasks to support operations. Work is primarily achieved independently, however may collaborate with a team.

Pay Range: $100130 - $0155540

Incentive Eligibility: Eligible to participate in Sodexo"s incentive plan and earn variable compensation in addition to base salary

What you'll bring

  • Experience managing procurement or distribution programs within a multi-location or regional environment.
  • Background collaborating with vendors, distribution centers, and cross-functional internal teams.
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, and Salesforce to analyze data and support reporting needs.
  • Track record of managing competing priorities while meeting timelines and compliance requirements.
  • Customer-focused approach centered on service delivery, relationship building, and operational reliability.

Requirements

  • Education Requirement: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Management Experience: 5 years
  • Related Experience: 3 years
