    Job Summary:Regional Account Managers (RAMs) at Zink Foodservice are specialized experts focused on Healthcare (Hospitals, Long-term care facilities) and Education accounts (K-12 school districts, colleges and universities). RAMs play a crucial role as primary relationship managers, working directly with end-users and managing day-to-day activities with broadliner accounts to proactively address and support their foodservice objectives.



    Requirements

    ·       Establish and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key decision-makers at top hospitals, universities, and school districts within the assigned region.

    ·       Serve as the first point of contact for clients launching new concepts, initiating menu changes, replacing or upgrading equipment, designing or building new facilities, or addressing operational challenges.

    ·       Possess deep, specialized knowledge of Dinex, Metro, and Convotherm products.

    ·       Maintain general, broad-based knowledge of all other products represented by Zink Foodservice.

    ·       Actively identify opportunities within accounts and collaborate with internal equipment, smallwares, and hospitality specialists to secure sales through established distribution channels.

    ·       Engage proactively, facilitating introductions between specialists and end-users to enhance value and drive specification of products.

    ·       Conduct and manage product demonstrations specifically within healthcare and education market segments.

    ·       Serve as a knowledgeable consultant for clients, providing insights, training, and guidance tailored to their operational needs.

    • Participate in Trade Shows and Conferences regionally and nationally when assigned
    • Keep Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system up to date
    • Provide solutions to customers’ problems
    Qualifications:

    o   Efficient time management skills

    o   Ability to communicate proficiently via phone and email

    o   Ability to make quick decisions

    o   Desire to continually grow and develop

    o   Discretion

    o   Bachelor’s degree in Business

    o   Experience in the foodservice industry

    o   Experience with Salesforce CRM
