Regional Account Executive | Autocar Parts

Location: Remote KY, TN, WV Region

Travel: Approximately 75%

Autocar Parts is seeking a driven, customer-focused Regional Account Executive to grow sales and strengthen dealer partnerships within an assigned territory. This outside sales role focuses on developing existing accounts, bringing new Original Equipment (OE) dealers into the business, and increasing sales volume, account share, market share, and private label revenue.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute account-specific sales strategies for Autocar and OE dealers throughout your territory.
• Build lasting customer relationships through responsive service and an excellent purchasing experience.
• Identify new business opportunities, recruit new dealer accounts, and expand existing partnerships.
• Achieve individual sales goals, including private label revenue growth and new dealer acquisition.
• Understand each customer's business and market, and share competitive developments with leadership.
• Collaborate with colleagues across Autocar Parts and GVW Group to support customer needs and territory goals.
• Manage competing priorities independently and follow through on customer commitments.

What You'll Bring

• At least two years of sales experience, preferably in commercial vehicle parts or commercial business-to-business sales.
• A proven record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• A customer-first approach and the ability to serve as a trusted consultant.
• Technology proficiency and strong organizational skills.
• The ability to work independently, adapt quickly, and make progress with incomplete information.
• A collaborative attitude, professionalism, and openness to coaching and feedback.
• Willingness and ability to travel approximately 75% of the time.

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree or at least two years of relevant sales experience, preferably in commercial vehicle parts or commercial business-to-business sales. Direct sales experience is a plus.
