Position Summary
Huntington Ingalls Industries is seeking a Regulatory Documentation Analyst 2 to support documentation management and regulatory compliance activities. This role is responsible for maintaining controlled documentation systems, coordinating regulatory documentation, ensuring compliance with established procedures, and supporting documentation change processes.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain controlled documentation systems and electronic record retention processes.
Coordinate document revisions, approvals, and change control activities.
Ensure documentation complies with regulatory requirements, company standards, and operating procedures.
Assemble and maintain regulatory dossiers and supporting documentation.
Communicate documentation standards and regulatory requirements across cross-functional teams.
Maintain accurate records while supporting audits and compliance initiatives.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate document processing.
Basic Qualifications
Applicants must meet one of the following qualification requirements:
Bachelor's degree with 3 years of relevant professional experience; or
Master's degree with 1 year of relevant professional experience.
Equivalent Qualifications (Any One):
Graduate of the NNS Apprentice School
Graduate of the Navy Nuclear Power School (NNPS)
Associate degree plus 2 years of relevant exempt experience or 4 years of relevant non-exempt experience
Military experience at E-5 or above
High School Diploma/GED plus 4 years of combined exempt manufacturing, shipbuilding, trades, military, or related experience
High School Diploma/GED plus 8 years of combined non-exempt manufacturing, shipbuilding, trades, military, or related experience
