Position Overview
The Business Director will be responsible for the overall strategic planning, administration, financial performance, operations, and direction of new acquisitions, adding significant incremental Revenue and EBITDA to Building Products.
This individual will have full Refurb P&L accountability, lead a cross-functional team across multiple locations, and collaborate closely with leaders in Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, and Operations. Working alongside the current General Manager, this person will play a key leadership role in ensuring a smooth succession and long-term business continuity.
