A Day in the Life
As a Refrigeration Technician, you'll be responsible for keeping our stores running safely and efficiently. In this hands-on and dynamic role, you'll install new equipment. You will troubleshoot and repair refrigeration, HVAC, mechanical, and electrical systems. You are responsible for performing preventive maintenance to uphold our standards, document findings and recommend solutions that help prevent future issues.
You start your day with a sense of purpose, knowing that your expertise keeps our facilities running smoothly and safely. You'll operate EMS and BMS systems with precision, adjusting set points and schedules to optimize energy use and system performance. Whether you're ordering parts, entering data, or climbing onto a roof, you do it with professionalism and pride.

Starting rates will be no less than the local minimum wage and may vary based on criteria such as location, experience, and qualifications. Candidates with unique qualifications may be considered for compensation above this range.
