Step Into a Day on Our Field Team
You start your morning in a take-home service truck, checking the technician app for your first stop. A refrigerator isn’t cooling. You arrive, greet the homeowner, run diagnostics, track down the issue, and bring the appliance back to life. Next up: a washer that won’t drain. You explain the fix in plain language, document the work in the mobile app, and keep moving—each visit a new puzzle, each repair a win for the household you’re serving.
That’s the rhythm at Sears Home Services, where your mechanical skill, curiosity, and pride in craftsmanship keep homes running.
