How you will contribute

  • Travel to several customer locations each day to diagnose and repair major appliances including refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, and microwaves
  • Elevate the customer experience through clear explanations, courteous service, and quality repairs
  • Recommend solutions that keep homes cleaner, more comfortable, and better protected
  • Keep your company truck clean and organized; help manage parts inventory
  • Step into additional responsibilities as needed

What you will master here

  • Problem-solving with purpose, using testing and repair tools to find the root cause fast
  • Reading and applying technical documentation to complete accurate, efficient fixes
  • Communicating options that build confidence and long-term customer relationships

What you bring

  • High school diploma or GED
  • EPA Type I or EPA Universal certification
  • Mechanical aptitude; prior appliance repair experience preferred
  • Ability to follow established procedures and quality standards
  • Smartphone proficiency for tasks such as ordering parts
  • Valid driver’s license for the state(s) in which you work
  • Willingness to travel up to 100% and to work variable, flexible hours with required overtime
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
  • Physical capability to constantly lift, carry, push, or pull up to 20 lbs; frequently 50 lbs; occasionally 100 lbs
  • Ability to constantly reach outward; handle and finger objects; stand, walk, sit, and type; frequently bend, squat, kneel, twist, turn, stoop, climb, and crawl; occasionally reach above shoulder
  • Ability to drive automatic transmission vehicle

Compensation and support

  • $18 - $30 / hourly base rate depending on experience, certification, and location
