PROJECT DETAILS
- Refinery/Industrial Construction Environment
- Immediate Openings
- Fast Hiring Process
- Industrial experience preferred, but some positions may train the right candidate
Essential Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters, operators, welders, and craft personnel as needed
- Perform general construction labor duties in an industrial/refinery environment
- Load, unload, and move materials, tools, and equipment
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Assist with excavation, demolition, and installation activities
- Operate basic hand and power tools safely
- Perform spotting and fire watch duties when assigned
- Follow all refinery, customer, and company safety procedures
- Attend daily safety meetings and toolbox talks
- Wear required PPE at all times
- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Support crews during overtime and shutdown schedules as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Industrial or construction experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Ability to work in physically demanding environments
- Reliable transportation and attendance
- Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug screening
