Referral Program Specialist

We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently, we have a Referral Program Specialist opportunity with a creative design agency known for its innovation, multidisciplinary expertise, and commitment to delivering forward-thinking visual solutions that set new industry standards.

The Referral Program Specialist is responsible for the specific duties listed below.

Your specific duties will include:

• Provide instructions to real estate agents and work with them to ensure compliance with program requirements.
• Obtain closing agent contact information.
• Send invoices to closing agents and/or customers and confirm receipt.
• Track the status of real estate listings.
• Follow up on outstanding funds after closing or cancellation of a file.
• Communicate with real estate agents, customers, providers, and management via phone and email to resolve problems and ensure smooth transactions.
• Provide accurate and timely communication to all parties involved, maintaining a strict 2-hour turnaround time for all inquiries.
• Place orders with local title and closing providers.
• Image documents and set system tasks.
• Track and follow up on all outstanding items to meet or exceed established service levels.

Required qualifications for the position include:

• High School Diploma.
• Proficiency with computer applications: MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• General knowledge of the life cycle of a real estate transaction.
• Demonstrated organizational skills and acute attention to detail.

Preferred qualifications for the position include:

• Experience in financial services or real estate closing environments

Pay Rate Range: $22.07 per hour

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
