Location: Gainesville, TX
Hours: Day Shift 7:45a-8:00p
Pay: $19.00/hour

What You’ll Do
• Review production schedules to ensure reels are ready for shift demands
• Inspect, paint, and stencil returned wood reels to meet quality standards
• Assemble new reels when inventory is low
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Complete required paperwork for accurate inventory tracking
• Support additional tasks as assigned by supervisor
What We’re Looking For
• Strong commitment to safety
• Manufacturing or industrial experience preferred
• Forklift or material handling equipment experience a plus
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Dependable and detail-oriented
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Self-motivated with good organizational abilities
Physical Requirements
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (with or without assistance)
• Ability to climb ladders and work at various heights
• Ability to lift materials overhead
• Ability to bend, stoop, and move around obstacles throughout the shift
