Responsibilities:- Accurately process and manage all to-go and takeout orders from placement to pickup
- Package food items carefully to maintain quality, presentation, and temperature during transport
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Greet and assist customers picking up orders with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Handle phone and online orders efficiently, confirming order details and estimated pickup times
- Maintain a clean, organized to-go station stocked with necessary supplies and packaging materials
- Process payments and resolve any order discrepancies or customer concerns promptly
Requirements:- Previous experience in a restaurant, food service, or customer-facing role preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay organized under pressure
- Basic math skills and comfort handling cash and POS systems
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with a commitment to customer satisfaction
