Position Title: Recruitment and Outreach Specialist
Reports To: Director of Admissions
Position Type: Full-Time, Administrator
Minimum Pay Rate: $43,600/Year (Pay Grade 105)

General Summary:
The Recruitment & Outreach Specialist is responsible for seeking out and recruiting prospective students to the
college. This includes traveling to high schools and attending college fairs and other community events to connect
with prospective students and build/maintain relationships with stakeholders. The Recruitment & Outreach
Specialist is also responsible for supporting students through the enrollment process, responding to inquiries,
leading campus tours, and assisting with various campus events under the supervision of the Director of
Admissions.
