Job Requisition Summary
NCDHHS is seeking a candidate to provide technical and operational support across several critical Human Resources functions, including Talent Acquisition, Workday compliance, recruitment process optimization, reporting, and HR systems management. This role will help strengthen communication between senior leadership and HR functional teams, support DSOHF Centralization initiatives, ensure accurate and compliant use of systems such as Workday, Smartsheet, SharePoint, and MS Teams, and enhance internal processes that drive efficient hiring, onboarding, and talent management. The contractor will serve as a subject matter expert and operational partner to improve SOPs, manage recruitment workflows, and guide system cleanup and reporting improvements to support organizational goals.

Experience developing, updating, and managing HR Standard Operating Procedures across Talent Acquisition, Class & Compensation, Salary Administration, and related HR functions.
