Koch Recruiting is seeking a Recruiting Manager to join our Georgia-Pacific recruiting team. Georgia-Pacific makes everyday products spanning tissue, towels, packaging, cellulose, and building materials that improve people's lives.
In this role, you will lead a recruiting team supporting the Corporate Functions of GP, including both experienced and early career hiring efforts. A primary measure of success will be building stronger recruiting capability through others - developing recruiters into trusted advisors who use business context, data, market insights, and AI-enabled ways of working to influence talent decisions and create greater value for the business. You will also partner with business leaders and HRBPs to anticipate future talent needs, workforce risks, and capability gaps through talent planning partnerships.
This role is hybrid and based in Atlanta, GA at the Georgia-Pacific Corporate HQ.
