Job Description
As a Recruitment Consultant, your days will be varied, fast-paced and people focused. You will:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within your dedicated discipline.
- Build and manage a portfolio of clients and candidates, developing long-term relationships.
- Partner with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored hiring solutions.
- Source, screen and interview top candidates using a range of recruitment tools.
- Support candidates through the full hiring journey, from first conversation to offer.
- Work closely with your team to achieve clear performance goals and progress your career.

The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience in B2B sales or recruitment.
