As a Recruitment and Business Development Consultant you will:

Source and secure high-quality candidates using headhunting, networking, digital tools, and referrals.
Assess candidates for skill fit, cultural alignment, and long-term potential.
Advise candidates on interview preparation, market conditions, and career development.
Build and sustain candidate networks to support ongoing and future assignments.
Manage and grow a portfolio of profitable clients within a defined specialism or market segment.
Target and win new business through structured business development, referrals, networking, and client engagement activities.
Build and maintain trusted relationships with hiring managers, HR partners, and senior decision-makers.
Provide strategic consultation on hiring needs, market insights, and recruitment solutions.
Promote the company brand and secure repeat business and long-term client partnerships

The successful applicant will have:

Proven success managing full recruitment life cycles.
Demonstrated success in business development and client ownership.
Experience conducting complex fee and offer negotiations.
Established expertise within a defined specialization or sector.
Strong track record of CRM accuracy and pipeline management.
Informal mentoring or coaching experience (preferred)
