You'll be the go-to person for recruiting, training, and welcoming new caregivers, helping them start strong and stay supported. You'll also pitch in with scheduling, onboarding paperwork, day-to-day communication with our team and clients, and providing exceptional care to our clients. If you enjoy variety, problem-solving, and building relationships, you'll feel right at home here.Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hourJob Location: Council Bluffs, IAType: Full-time, OnsiteWhat You'll Be DoingInterview, hire, and onboard caregiversLead fun, informative training sessionsHelp coordinate caregiver/client schedules with our Service CoordinatorProvide in home training and caregiver coverage as neededCommunicate regularly with caregivers and clients to make sure everyone's supportedHelp develop creative recruiting strategiesUse scheduling software like Wellsky to track and manage activityRotate on-call responsibilities.
