REQUIREMENTS:
College degree preferred in related field or equivalent work experience.
2-5 years’ experience as an Account Manager/ Job Developer.
Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
Ability to assess individual skills with precision and make appropriate referrals.
Experience supporting adults entering into employment and/or post-secondary education preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office software including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
