What You'll Do

• Learn how to source, screen, and connect with great candidates
• Maintain and Build relationships for continuous mindshare with stakeholders
• Support recruiters in managing client requirements and candidate coordination.
• Be part of real recruitment projects while developing your communication and negotiation skills.
• Maintain data, report, and help improve team processes.
• Get trained in MSP Program operations and account management basics.
