Description
Title: Recruiter (Talent Acquisition Recruiter)
Location: Huntington Beach, CA 92647 (Remote/Work from Home, but candidates must be local and available to come into the office as needed.)
Duration: 3-Month Contract
Preferred Qualifications
Experience recruiting for distribution, manufacturing, logistics, or frontline roles.
Experience working with temporary staffing agencies.
Experience in a fast-growing, multi-unit organization.
PHR or SHRM certification (preferred).
Master's degree in a related field (preferred).
Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree with 0–1 years of recruiting experience, OR
High School Diploma with 5+ years of recruiting experience.
Quick learner with a positive attitude, strong teamwork skills, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced recruiting environment.
Job Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for high-volume hiring.
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and execute recruitment strategies.
Source, screen, interview, and coordinate candidates through the hiring process.
Maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS/HRIS) and recruitment metrics.
Build strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders across the organization.
Support workforce planning, talent pipelines, and recruitment process improvements.
Provide guidance on interviewing, candidate evaluation, and selection.
Assist with additional talent acquisition projects, including early talent initiatives when needed.
Qualifications
Required Skills
Experience in high-volume, full-cycle recruiting.
Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)/HRIS (ISIMS experience is a plus).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
