LHH Recruitment Solutions is assisting our client to hire a Recruiting Specialist for their internal TA team. This position will be a 100% onsite, full-time, contract opportunity covering a leave of absence for the team.

This will be a high-volume, full cycle recruiting opportunity for our client and this position will be handling all aspects of recruiting, including sourcing, interview coordination, offers and onboarding for the team. Interested candidates must feel comfortable working heavily over the phone, as well as working within multiple software systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree preferred, High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 2 years full-cycle recruiting experience
• Must be proficient working within Microsoft Office and ATS Systems
• Excellent ability to multitask and adapt to multiple duties throughout the day
• Strong organizational and prioritizing skills
• Ability to work well as team, but also independently and analytically problem solve

Pay Details: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
