What You'll Do
- Recruit Top Talent
- Connect with job seekers through phone, text, email, social media, and online applications.
- Screen candidates to assess their skills, experience, and career goals.
- Schedule interviews and guide candidates through the hiring process.
- Maintain consistent communication to ensure an outstanding candidate experience.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future opportunities.
Create an Outstanding Candidate Experience
Serve as a trusted resource throughout the hiring process.
Answer candidate questions with professionalism and empathy.
Accurately maintain candidate information within recruiting systems.
Ensure every applicant has a positive, welcoming experience.
Support Recruiting & Community Outreach
Source talent through job boards, referrals, networking, and social media.
Assist with hiring events, job fairs, and recruiting campaigns.
Promote open positions through digital marketing and local outreach efforts.
Partner with recruiting, sales, and marketing teams to achieve hiring goals.
Contribute to Team Success
Collaborate with teammates to meet recruiting and office objectives.
Support office operations during peak hiring periods.
Participate in ongoing coaching, training, and professional development.
Stay current on recruiting trends and local employment market conditions.
Requirements

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable speaking with new people and making outbound calls.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and recruiting technology.
- Ability to accurately document information while actively engaging with candidates.
- Demonstrates professionalism, integrity, and accountability.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are encouraged to apply. Spanish language skills are a plus and help us better serve our diverse community.
