    You Bring

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
    • 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, talent acquisition operations, HR administration, or a related field.
    • Experience coordinating background checks, reference checks, or pre-employment screening processes.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
    • Experience using applicant tracking systems and HR technologies.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience with Workday Recruit.
    • Experience supporting high-volume recruiting environments.
    • Familiarity with Indeed recruiting tools and recruitment marketing platforms.
    • Knowledge of employment compliance requirements related to hiring and background screening.
    • Experience identifying and implementing process improvements within recruiting or HR operations.

    What You'll Do

    As a Recruiting Operations Specialist, you'll serve as a key partner to recruiters, hiring managers, candidates, and external vendors, ensuring a seamless hiring experience from offer through onboarding. Because this is a newly established role, you'll also have the opportunity to identify gaps, streamline workflows, and help build best practices that support a growing Talent Acquisition team.

    Key Responsibilities

    Background Checks & Pre-Employment Screening

    • Initiate and manage candidate reference checks and background screening activities.
    • Review screening results and appropriately escalate findings in accordance with company policies and compliance requirements.
    • Coordinate specialized background, credentialing, and health screening requirements for designated positions.
    • Maintain accurate and complete pre-employment records within Workday and other recruiting systems.
    • Provide timely updates to recruiters, hiring managers, and business stakeholders regarding candidate onboarding progress.
    • Partner with vendors and internal teams to resolve screening-related issues, discrepancies, and process challenges.
    • Ensure all pre-employment activities comply with applicable employment laws, regulations, and company standards.

    Recruiting Operations & Administrative Support

    • Manage sponsored job postings and recruitment advertising campaigns through Indeed and other recruiting platforms.
    • Coordinate Indeed campaign administration and related invoicing activities.
    • Monitor recruiting team inboxes, respond to inquiries, and route requests appropriately.
    • Process audit, deletion, and record maintenance requests in accordance with organizational guidelines.
    • Support offer administration activities, including designated business units such as AccessNurse.
    • Identify opportunities for process improvement, workflow optimization, and enhanced candidate experiences.
    • Assist with recruiting projects and operational initiatives as needed. #LI-TA #LI-Remote
