Job Summary:
The Recruiting Sourcer role is responsible for identifying, engaging, and building pipelines of qualified candidates to support the business's hiring needs. This position partners closely with recruiters and hiring managers to proactively source talent through online platforms, professional networks, referrals, and industry research. A typical day includes conducting targeted candidate searches, outreach to potential candidates, reviewing resumes, and maintaining organized talent pipelines within the applicant tracking system. The Sourcer plays a critical role in ensuring the business has a strong and diverse pool of candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Strong research and sourcing skills using platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and online talent databases
Ability to identify qualified candidates based on job requirements and transferable skills
Strong written communication skills for candidate outreach and engagement
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools
Ability to analyze candidate profiles and assess alignment with hiring needs
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with candidates
Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and time management skills
Ability to work collaboratively with recruiters and hiring managers
Self-motivated with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset

Hours:
This is a non-exempt position from Monday through Friday. Work hours begin and end between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm with a one-hour break for lunch and two rest breaks. Eight hours per day is required and other occasional overtime may be necessary for business needs

$26.92 to $33.65 per hour.
