Job Description
The Recruiting Senior Consultant I serves as a strategic talent partner for assigned business areas, with a primary focus on high-volume Direct Phone Sales class hiring. This role leads and executes recruiting strategies that support aggressive hiring goals, class schedules, and evolving business needs, while also supporting additional sales requisitions and business areas as needed. The Senior Consultant I evaluates external and internal recruiting activities to ensure talent delivery aligns with business objectives. Leveraging deep knowledge of the sales talent market, recruiting best practices, and internal business priorities, this role influences hiring leaders and improves overall hiring outcomes. The Senior Consultant I thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments, embraces complex hiring challenges, and serves as a subject matter expert and resource to colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
Identifies, screens, and presents high-quality candidates based on skills
Proven experience managing class-based or high-volume hiring meeting fast-paced timelines and hiring goals while maintaining quality and detail orientation
Strong ability to prioritize requisitions and manage large candidate pipelines efficiently and effectively
Ensures candidate has a positive experience and applies judgment when the recruitment process deviates from standard practice
Ability to influence stakeholders using talent market insights, data, and recruiting best practices
Possesses knowledge of company goals and competitive position; uses this knowledge to influence others
Strong knowledge of skills and abilities (competencies) required for assigned business unit (inclusive of, but not limited to: Direct Phone Sales and National General Lender Services)
Viewed as a subject-matter expert with regards to recruiting; expected to influence clients at an organizational level with regards to all things talent delivery
Consults with stakeholders to deliver an overall staffing strategy that aligns with strategic business goals and the client's talent philosophy
Perform full-cycle recruiting; maintain excellent relations with hiring managers and candidates and ensure that all stakeholders are aligned throughout the phases of the recruitment process
Identifies, interviews, and submits strongest candidates to hiring manager (quality, skills and fit)
Participates in TA projects (outcome of staffing strategy or business change) as relevant

Compensation
Base compensation offered for this role is $68,500.00 - $86,300.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
Allstate provides a comprehensive technology setup, including a laptop, monitors, headset, keyboard, and mouse. Employees eligible to work from home also receive a monthly connectivity reimbursement to help offset internet costs.
When working from home, you must have a dedicated, private workspace free from distractions, along with appropriate desk and seating. Reliable internet is required, with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload.
