Job Title: Recruiting Manager

Starting Salary $60,000 + DOE

SUMMARY

The Recruiting Manager provides leadership, strategic direction, support, and staff oversight for all recruitment operations. This role develops and implements recruiting strategies that support the organization’s continued growth, evaluates and refines the current recruiting model, and supervises the recruitment team to attract and hire top-tier talent.

BASIC FUNCTIONS AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Supervise and lead recruitment team.
  • Develop various strategic recruitment initiatives such as identifying new opportunities to enhance recruiting processes and increasing applicant pool.
  • Set annual goals and targets for the recruitment team to ensure continued success.
  • Collaborate with recruiters to share best practices, assist with critical needs, and coordinate new initiatives.
  • Work with program leadership to determine job vacancies.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure that candidates are scheduled efficiently and the coordination of the interviewing process is managed to the highest standards.
  • Oversee the interview process to ensure positive candidate experiences within a full onboarding cycle, ensuring high-touch communication at all phases.
  • Establish consistent hiring metrics and goals, including job posting effectiveness and sourcing conversion rates.
  • Work “hands-on” as a senior recruiter and take responsibility for filling high profile, management and director vacancies.
  • Provide CPO with weekly updated recruitment reports.
  • Ensure that time to fill is within benchmarks.
  • Build and deliver interview training courses for leadership team.
  • Ensure all required employment screenings are processed and completed according to policy.
  • Ensure new employees have required credentials and certifications.
  • Effectively and efficiently use computers or mobile devices to input, access, modify, or output information. This includes the ability to quickly access, store and retrieve data.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Physical Expectations

This position requires extended periods of sitting with some periods of walking and standing. It may also require bending, kneeling, and/or stooping and climbing stairs. An individual in this position may need to drive a vehicle to resources in the community. There may be extended periods of using a computer and/or calculator.

Working Conditions

Office/home environment with noises from office equipment, telephones, etc. May be exposed to bloodborne pathogens and/or infectious diseases.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or closely related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on recruiting and talent acquisition experience
  • Proven track record of sourcing, interviewing and attracting candidates.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and HR databases.
  • Strong working knowledge of employment laws and local labor rules.
  • Current driver’s license with acceptable driving record and access to reliable transportation to conduct visits to multiple sites plus attend community meetings.
  • Must have current auto insurance
  • Ability to manage time effectively and maximize efficiency.
  • Must Receive Seasonal Flu Vaccination
