This is more than a recruiting leadership position. It's an opportunity to influence workforce strategy, shape hiring outcomes, and partner directly with senior business leaders to build high-performing Claims organizations. You'll lead a team of recruiters supporting high-volume and specialized hiring needs while driving innovative talent acquisition strategies that ensure USAA remains competitive in today's evolving talent market.

Compensation Range: $103,450 - $197,730
