Stange Law Firm, PC has an immediate opening for a motivated, organized, and professional Part-Time Recruiting Intern to assist the Recruiting Director.
Our St. Louis-area headquarters is relocating from Clayton to our newly renovated Creve Coeur office on August 1, 2026, making this an exciting opportunity to join one of the largest family law firms in the country.
This internship provides valuable, hands-on experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, human resources, interviewing, and employment operations. It is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates interested in building a career in Human Resources, Recruiting, Business Administration, or Management.
Position DetailsPart-time position
20-29 hours per week
Monday-Friday
Hours between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
Hourly pay of $16.00-$18.00 per hour
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Assist with contacting, screening, and interviewing applicants for full-time and part-time positions.
Assist with managing the Firm's Applicant Tracking System.
Assist with posting and maintaining job openings across multiple recruiting platforms.
Help review applications, resumes, assessments, and interview materials.
Assist with background checks, employment references, and pre-employment documentation.
Support various Human Resources and recruiting initiatives.
Build positive relationships with applicants, universities, community organizations, and recruiting partners.
Assist with recruiting reports, hiring metrics, and special projects.
Work collaboratively with Firm leadership and other departments.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
The ideal candidate will possess:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Typing speed of approximately 45 WPM or higher.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent attendance and professionalism.
Interest in recruiting, talent acquisition, or human resources.
Prior recruiting, staffing, customer service, or office experience is a plus, but not required.
This internship provides meaningful, real-world experience working directly with the Recruiting Director and Firm leadership while supporting hiring efforts for one of the largest family law firms in the country.
