This position is expected to work a swing-shift schedule of approximately 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM to support recruiting responsiveness and improve candidate connection during the most active application hours.


What You’ll Do


  • Source and identify qualified candidates through job boards, recruiting platforms, networking, and other creative recruiting methods
  • Review resumes and applications to identify candidates that align with position requirements and company culture
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and phone interviews
  • Present qualified candidates to hiring managers for review and interview consideration
  • Coordinate interviews and assist in moving candidates through the hiring process
  • Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate experience
  • Build strong working relationships with hiring managers and leadership teams
  • Assist with recruiting events, job fairs, and community outreach opportunities as needed
  • Support recruiting and onboarding administrative processes
  • Maintain applicant tracking systems and recruiting records
What We’re Looking For


  • One to two years of recruiting, staffing, customer service, or administrative experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships with candidates and team members
  • Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Passion for helping connect great people with great opportunities
