Pay Range: $18 - $18.50/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Manage complex interview calendars and scheduling logistics
Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the hiring process
Coordinate candidate travel arrangements and interview details
Process candidate reimbursements accurately through internal systems
Support recruiters and hiring teams with recruiting operations and reporting
Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience
Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

1+ year of Recruiting Coordinator, HR Coordinator, or administrative support experience
Experience scheduling interviews and managing calendars in a fast-paced environment
Experience using ATS systems such as SuccessFactors, Taleo, iCIMS, Workday, or similar
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications-Airline or aviation industry experience
Experience supporting high-volume recruiting environments
Experience handling large volumes of calls/emails
