The Recruiting Coordinator is an integral part of our internal recruiting function, delivering full cycle recruiting support across all divisions. This role will source and qualify talent, deliver a consistent, high-quality candidate experience, and help business leaders make informed hiring decisions. Job Responsibilities & Essential Functions: Assist in leading the full cycle recruiting function Maintain ATS accuracy to support candidate profiles, reporting and forecasting Stay adept in industry best-practices to help refine techniques to increase efficiency and facilitate decision-making Review resumes, cover letters, and applications Conduct Phone screens Support pre-employment processes, including background checks Schedule subsequent interviews, coordinating with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders Support HR/Recruitment team with sourcing tasks and pipeline organization Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and support Serve as point of contact for the candidates throughout the entire candidate life cycle
