Job Description:
  • The Talent Acquisition Coordinator role will support, assist and provide customer service to Hiring Managers, the Talent Acquisition team, and Talent Acquisition leadership.  The role supports the job requisition, sourcing and onboarding phases of the Talent Acquisition process for specific departments within the organization.
  • Schedule interviews and effectively manage various aspects of the recruiting process, including pre-employment screenings, onboarding, and reporting. 
  • The candidate must be able to handle a fast-paced environment. 
 
Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling interviews across multiple schedules and levels of leadership
  • Potentially supporting both our US Corporate & Frontline recruitment operations
  • Generate offer letters and welcome letters for new hires
  • Facilitating the pre-clearance process for candidate backgrounds & drug screens
  • Supporting candidates, post-offer, with new hire pre-boarding through continuous communication and information needs
  • Assist candidate with travel arrangements and reimbursement needs
  • Assist with new employee orientation and I-9 validation
  • Managing Contractor Conversions within our application tracking system, iCIMS, for individuals on a 3rd party contract assignment to become employees
  • Assist team with report creation in applicant tracking system and data analysis
  • Assist team with best practice documentation and research
  • Act as main Recruiting contact for relocation and on-boarding team
  • Post job advertisement to multiple channels
  • Handle confidential salaries and hold sensitive information in confidence
 
Requirements / Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, Recruiting Coordinator, HR Coordinator, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), such as iCIMS, Workday, Taleo, or similar platforms.
  • Experience coordinating interviews, candidate communications, onboarding activities, and pre-employment screenings.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience creating reports and analyzing recruiting or workforce data.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
