Job Title: Recruiting Coordinator

Job Description

The Recruiting Coordinator works closely with a team of recruiters in a fast-paced recruiting organization to support all aspects of the hiring process. This role serves as an integral partner in managing recruiting activities, coordinating interviews, and building strong candidate relationships, often providing candidates with their first impression of the organization. The ideal candidate enjoys being an organizational expert, collaborates effectively with internal and external stakeholders, communicates clearly, and thrives on the challenge of helping to build a high-performing organization of talented individuals.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule interviews and phone screens, working directly with candidates and hiring managers to ensure timely and accurate coordination.

  • Arrange travel logistics for visiting candidates when needed, including schedules and related details.

  • Update candidate records and job postings in recruiting systems to maintain accurate and current information.

  • Confirm new hires in the recruiting systems and ensure all necessary details are captured.

  • Provide follow-up correspondence to candidates regarding their recruiting status via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.

  • Track recruiting activities and prepare weekly reports on candidate status and pipeline progress.

  • Coordinate post-interview debrief meetings and provide debrief materials to hiring teams.

  • Identify opportunities to improve the candidate experience and enhance scheduling efficiency throughout the recruiting process.

  • Assist in the coordination and execution of other recruiting activities and projects as needed.

  • Collaborate with recruiters and other team members to support a consistent and positive candidate journey from initial contact through hiring.

Essential Skills

  • At least 1 year of experience as a recruiting coordinator or in a coordination-focused role.

  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Bachelor's degree.

  • Demonstrated ability to schedule and manage multiple appointments and interviews.

  • Office and administrative bg with experience supporting business operations.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.

  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with candidates and hiring managers.

  • Capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment.

  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines.

Work Environment

This role is 100% in-office, and the Recruiting Coordinator is expected to work the full 8-hour workday onsite. The position operates in a fast-paced recruiting environment that requires frequent communication with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates. The work involves extensive use of computers, recruiting systems, and Microsoft Office applications throughout the day. The individual is responsible for arranging their own transportation and parking to and from the office. The environment emphasizes collaboration, responsiveness, and adaptability to changing priorities while maintaining a professional and organized workspace.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
