Talent Specialist (Interview Coordinator)

Pay Rate: $25/hr on W2 ONLY

Locations: Detroit, MI or Charlotte, NC

Work Schedule: Hybrid (3 days onsite per week)

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate complex interview schedules across multiple teams and time zones.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a seamless hiring process.
• Manage interview logistics, candidate communications, and scheduling.
• Track candidate pipelines and maintain accurate documentation.
• Monitor shared inboxes and respond to candidate and stakeholder inquiries.
• Identify and resolve workflow or system-related issues.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Support high-volume recruiting activities as needed.

Qualifications:

• 1-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting Coordination, HR, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and interview scheduling tools is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
