Recruiting Coordinator

We are currently seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join the Human Resources team. The primary function of this position is to support the recruiting process by coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, maintaining recruiting systems, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. This is a hands-on, fast-paced, and highly visible position that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to effectively partner with hiring managers, recruiters, and candidates.

This is a hybrid opportunity and can be located in Reno, NV or Hunt Valley, MD.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and interview teams across multiple locations and time zones.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, providing timely communication and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Manage job postings and maintain accurate requisition information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Support recruiter and hiring managers with candidate pipeline administration and interview logistics.
• Prepare interview materials, agendas, and candidate evaluations as needed.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment documentation within the ATS.
• Assist with offer preparation, background checks, and pre-employment processes.
• Coordinate new hire onboarding activities and ensure a smooth transition from candidate to employee.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruitment operations, processes, and candidate experience.
• Support employer branding initiatives, recruiting events, career fairs, and other talent acquisition activities as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, human resources, talent acquisition, or a related administrative role.
• Experience scheduling interviews and coordinating multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software; Greenhouse experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Compensation: $60,000 - $65,000
