This is a great opportunity to join a Fortune 500 organization and play a key role in supporting the full recruitment lifecycle while partnering closely with recruiters, sourcers, hiring managers, and candidates.
Position Details
Location: Mossville, IL (100% On-Site)
Duration: 12-Month Contract
Pay Rate: $26-27 /hr
Schedule: Monday-Friday, flexible start between 7:00 AM and 8:30 AM
Key Responsibilities ? Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews
Support recruiting and onboarding activities
Manage background checks, drug screens, and pre-employment processes
Prepare recruiting documentation and candidate communications
Maintain and update recruiting systems and new hire records
Partner with recruiters, sourcers, hiring managers, and HR teams throughout the hiring process
What We're Looking For • 5-7 years of recruiting coordination, recruiting support, HR, or related experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Background with recruiting systems such as Workday, Taleo, PeopleSoft, Beamery, or similar is a plus
