The Recruiting Coordinator will play a critical role in facilitating complex, high-touch recruitment processes, serving as a pillar of support for our global talent acquisition efforts. Beyond managing day-to-day coordination, the ideal candidate will operate with a high degree of judgment and nuance, leading complex scheduling logistics, and partnering cross-functionally to optimize our operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in managing multiple tasks simultaneously, and demonstrate a strong ability to collaborate across diverse internal and external networks.

- Own and manage complex interview scheduling process, acting as the central point of coordination for standard, high-volume, and executive-level loops, including multi-location and international panels.
- Navigate global logistics independently, proactively anticipating and resolving pitfalls such as time-zone mismatches, visa/travel conflicts, or last-minute interviewer no-shows with minimal disruption.
- Draft and extend offer letters and new hire paperwork, ensuring absolute accuracy, data privacy compliance within the ATS, and a seamless transition to onboarding.
- Drive process optimization by partnering with Recruiting Ops, HR, and IT to identify process gaps and implement scalable improvements that enhance the candidate experience.
- Author and refine team documentation, developing SOPs, scheduling templates, and checklists to increase overall team efficiency.
- Invest in your fellow coordinators, actively leading onboarding, shadowing support, and sharing best practices during team syncs.
- Coordinate and support marquee recruiting events, such as career fairs and campus recruiting, to help attract top talent.
- Will work in person M-F from our Santa Clara, CA campus.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE...
- 3+ years of recruiting coordination, executive administration, or related fast-paced operations experience.
- Deep understanding of international logistics and regional hiring norms, with proven experience coordinating across multiple regions and departments.
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, with a demonstrated ability to manage high-volume, shifting priorities independently.
- Advanced proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and virtual interview tools (e.g., Google Calendar, GoodTime, Zoom), with the ability to troubleshoot system issues and support others in using them effectively.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the discretion and professionalism required to partner with executives, Recruiting Ops, and external stakeholders.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a passion for delivering a best-in-class, empathetic candidate experience.
We are an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work M-F during normal business hours from the Santa Clara, CA office in compliance with Everpure's policies, unless you are on PTO, work travel, or other approved leave.
