As a Recruiting Business Partner, you will partner with dedicated Sourcers to execute recruiting activities, support hiring managers, and close searches against tight deadlines. In this role, you will execute talent attraction strategies, follow established recruiting processes, and deliver results with manager guidance.

We need a talented Recruiting Business Partner to help us find the best talent in the world to support our growth. Amazon is one of the most recognizable brand names in the world and we distribute millions of products each year to our loyal customers. The Recruiting Business Partner will work with a team of peers including Sourcers and Recruiting Coordinators focusing on candidate talent search and placement, process execution, and will support hiring teams as a key recruiting contact. They will foster a collaborative team environment and a strong service-oriented culture that ensures delivery of efficient, effective, quality-driven service to internal customers and meets customer service level agreements.

The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments where they can execute recruiting activities efficiently and deliver results following established processes. They collaborate effectively with hiring managers and cross-functional partners, building relationships through consistent delivery and responsiveness. The best candidates leverage their knowledge of Talent Acquisition fundamentals, building strong relationships with hiring managers and and other stakeholders. They use available tools including GenAI to enhance recruiting effectiveness with manager guidance. They have a reputation for being exceptional at candidate generation, organization, possess strong verbal and written communication skills, demonstrate sound judgment, and understand the value of providing excellent customer service.

This role can be based in Seattle, Nashville or Arlington.

Key job responsibilities

Hiring Team Partnership • Execute sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with hiring teams • Collaborate with hiring managers using data and recruiting expertise • Support process improvements within established frameworks

Talent Acquisition Execution • Recruit passive candidates by assessing fit and understanding motivation • Conduct offer negotiations in competitive markets with manager guidance • Screen, interview, and prepare candidate slates within consistent timelines • Deliver positive candidate experience through effective job descriptions and clear value propositions

Process Execution & Tool Adoption • Execute recruitment strategies that support company growth • Use GenAI tools to enhance sourcing, screening, and engagement following security and ethical standards • Apply AI capabilities with human judgment to improve efficiency • Follow established best practices for recruiting processes

Execution with Guidance • Work effectively in fast-paced environments with manager support • Make timely decisions with appropriate escalation when needed • Balance competing priorities to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) • Track deliverables and timelines using established processes

Collaboration & Project Support • Participate in special projects including interviewing best practices and candidate identification • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver internal and external candidate pipelines • Support recruiting projects focused on process improvement and candidate experience
