Description: The Recruiting Assistant will provide administrative support to the recruiting team and help ensure candidates move efficiently through the hiring process. Responsibilities include reviewing applications for accuracy and completeness, responding to candidate inquiries by phone and email, processing applications, ordering reports, conduct employment verifications, and coordinating onboarding paperwork. This role will also assist with maintaining candidate records, managing incoming communications, and completing general clerical tasks as needed. The ideal candidate is organized, comfortable working with computers and Microsoft Office, and possesses strong verbal and written communication skills.

-1+ year experience doing administrative tasks required.

-Must have experience with Microsoft office and e mails.

-Must be comfortable receiving and uploading documents.

-Must be comfortable on the phone and computer.

-Must be able to stay organized and handle multiple tasks at different stages.
