Recruiting Assistant – Behavioral Health
Location: Plano, TX (Hybrid | Onsite 2–3 days per week)
Position Type: Contract (6–8 Week Project)
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Compensation: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour

This role focuses on interview coordination, candidate communication, and administrative recruiting support to ensure a seamless and efficient hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Conduct initial candidate screenings via phone or video for Behavioral Health Technician roles
• Confirm interview logistics and maintain consistent communication with candidates
• Track candidate activity and maintain accurate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to recruiters and recruiting teams
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and next steps
• Support high-volume recruiting efforts with strong organization and attention to detail

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in recruiting coordination, administrative support, or human resources preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable conducting candidate screenings and handling high candidate volume
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is a plus
