Location: Yuba City, CA
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Pay: $20 to $25 per hour, based on experience

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to support full-cycle hiring for a growing organization in Yuba City.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer
  • Source candidates using job boards, referrals, and direct outreach
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and applicant tracking
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with candidates throughout the process

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience
  • Experience with full-cycle recruiting
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple open requisitions
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and basic office software
